Static Suit: The Televillain's Static Suit enables him to become television and radio static transmissions at will. His abilities work through active televisions and laptops as well. No known security system or scrambled network is known that is able to stop him. When using his powers, he usually dives into a screen or antennae. The suit allows him to perform the following power stunts:
-Teleportation: Sh-X ability to ride on radio waves between antennaes, enter television shows and listen in on any current transmission.
-Transmission Alteration: Mn ability to change the contents of a television or radio show, and even kill people there (what happens to these people in real life is unknown).
-Radio Communication: Sh-X ability to listen in on a target location.
-Dimensional Travel: Am ability to travel between dimensions if he can find a radio receiver in that other dimension.
