Kinetic Absorption: In ability to absorb kinetic energy. This provides In protection vs. Physical (including bullets and shrapnel), and Force. He cannot absorb slow moving attacks (such as crushing/strangling from wrestling moves) or Energy (Heat, Radiation, Electricity, etc.)
-Power Conversion: Bulletproof can store up to 160 points of absorbed energy. This energy dissipates at 2 points per turn. He can convert this energy to the following powers:
-Body Resistance: Up to Am protection vs. Physical and Energy
- Flight: Up to Sh-X
Using these powers at their maximum quickly drains his energy reserves:
-Body Resistance: 5-pt/turn, drain each +1cs above Ex
-Flight: 5-pt/turn, drain each +1cs above Rm
-Keeping Resistance at Ex is 10-pt/turn
-Keeping Flight at Rm is 10-pt/turn
-Note that his absorbing powers work in conjunction with his body resistance.

Suit: This suit, designed by Art the Taylor, provides some protection against Bulletproof's weaknesses:
-Ex protection vs. low Kinetic Energy attacks.
Discs: The discs on the suit also store additional energy. This energy will not dissipate, unless used.
-Two 10-point discs.
-Three 20-point discs
-One 30-point disc.
- Total additional stored energy is 100 points. Each disc can be used as an explosive weapon, causing remaining point damage, as a last resort. The suit can be recharged through Bulletproof's absorption powers
